Todd Hobson, CFP®, CPWA®

Todd, in his role as a Wealth Manager, serves as a trusted resource for clients, drawing on a strong understanding of their values and goals to bring clarity to complex financial decisions. He takes a holistic view, considering every facet of a client’s life – from education and estate planning to tax strategy and long-term security. With thoughtful attention to detail and an eye on future outcomes, Todd helps clients stay organized and confidently aligned with what matters most.

Todd brings 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. He developed a unique skill set from his career in Private Banking and Private Wealth Management, catered towards serving and advising high net worth and ultrahigh net worth families, and private business owners. Before joining Coldstream, he was a Director of Financial Planning and Lead Advisor at Cable Hill Partners. In 2025, Cable Hill Partners merged with Coldstream thanks to the firms’ shared service culture and professional compatibility. Todd graduated from Portland State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has earned his CFP® and CPWA® designations.

HOBBIES

Todd and his wife, Chelsea, live in Tigard with their children, Quinn, Carson, and Claire. They are very active in their kids’ sports, either coaching or cheering from the sidelines. When not on a field or court, Todd enjoys all things outdoors, such as camping, backpacking, fly fishing, golfing, and bow hunting. Todd serves on the board for Tigard Diamond Sports and is a finance committee member for Rose Haven.
