Founded in 1996 in Bellevue, Washington, as Coldstream Capital Management, our company began with one mission: enhancing clients’ lives and providing peace of mind. Coldstream is an employee-owned financial services firm that’s been earning the trust of high net-worth clients for over 25 years.

We celebrate the entrepreneurial spirit of our founding members and merger partners who have come together to stay employee-owned and continue to enhance our client experience. Their vision and leadership have been key drivers of our success. Here is timeline of a few milestones in our growth journey:

Coldstream Milestones:

(April 23, 1996) Coldstream Capital Management is established. Founded by Don Gher, Roger Reynolds, David Hudson, and Bob McNulty in Bellevue, Washington & Portland, Oregon. The firm begins with $ 7 Million AUA.

Firm introduces an equity ownership plan for all employees, giving every colleague a pathway to ownership that incentivizes long-term growth and quality of careholder.

Firm AUA reaches $100 Million and adds Wealth Management service offering.

AUA reaches $250 Million.

AUA reaches $1 Billion.

Genesee Investment joins Coldstream.

Ascent Capital, founder Chris Blakeslee and team join Coldstream to provide lending and fund administration services. Fit Insurance, co-founder Peter Beeson joins Coldstream to provide comprehensive property and casualty insurance offering.

George Pierce Group, founder and team join Coldstream and establishes Seattle, Washington office location. Firm AUA reaches $2 Billion.

Rainier Group joins Coldstream Holdings to provide business advisory services. Firm AUA reaches $3 Billion.

Paracle Advisors, co-founding members Anne Marie Stonich, Josh Harris, EJ Brink and team join Coldstream and establish Mercer Island, Washington office location. Rosenbaum Financial, founder Mark Rosenbaum and team join Coldstream and established Portland office location. AUA reaches $7 Billion.

Legacy Wealth Management joins Coldstream and establishes Alaska location.

Seidman Capital Group, a wealth management firm, and Hersman Serles Almond, LLC, an accounting and consulting services, founded by Victoria Serles and Cliff Hersman, join Coldstream and establish Kirkland, Washington location. AUA reaches $7 Billion.

Arnerich Massena and team join Coldstream. AUA reaches $10 Billion.
