As a Retirement Plan Specialist and a dedicated member of the Retirement Plans Team, Parham is committed to guiding clients toward a fulfilling retirement and fostering relationships rooted in trust and shared success. He supports Retirement Plan relationships by administering 401(k) operations, including plan prospecting, participant support, fund maintenance, trustee reviews, and employee education, alongside other administrative tasks. Working closely with Wealth Managers and Portfolio Managers, Parham ensures that every aspect of your financial plan is carefully implemented. His passion for personalized client service and making a meaningful impact on clients’ lives is undeniable.

Proudly born and raised in Oregon, Parham’s journey as a first-generation graduate ignited his passion for connecting with people and understanding their unique stories. Parham holds his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Portland State University. Before joining Coldstream, he was a Retirement Plan Specialist at Cable Hill Partners. In 2025, Cable Hill Partners merged with Coldstream thanks to the firms’ shared service culture and professional compatibility.
