Lauren Te, CPA, MBA

A Certified Public Accountant with extensive global experience in accounting, payroll, financial management, and operations, Lauren has worked in public accounting and private industry in Singapore, Ireland, the Philippines and the U.S. With over 25 years of accounting and banking experience, Lauren is equally adept to working in both start-ups and in corporate environments. At Coldstream, she oversees the accounting for the holding company and its eight affiliates, successfully implementing new processes and re-engineering existing ones to enhance the quality and timeliness of the company’s reporting and close. Lauren also serves as the liaison to employee shareholders.

Before joining Coldstream, Lauren held the position of Assistant Corporate Controller at Intellectual Ventures (IV), an invention capital company with $6 billion in committed capital. Prior to IV, she worked for Deloitte, one of the Big Four accounting firms.

Lauren earned her Master of Professional Accounting from Seattle University and her Master of Business Administration (Honors) from Seattle Pacific University. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington and a member of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Currently, Lauren serves as a committee member at the Pro-Equity Anti-Racism (PEAR) Advisory Team at the Washington State Board of Accountancy.
