Lauren Te, CPA, MBA, MPAC

A Certified Public Accountant with extensive global experience in accounting, financial management and operations, tax, audit, and treasury management.  Lauren has worked in public accounting and private industry in Singapore, Ireland, the Philippines and the U.S.  With over 25 years of accounting and banking experience, Lauren is equally adept to working in both start-ups and in corporate environments. At Coldstream, she oversees the ongoing financial and accounting operations for the holding company and its subsidiaries, serves as a key stakeholder in M&A due diligence, and acts as the liaison for employee shareholders. She has successfully implemented new processes and continues to re-engineer existing ones to improve reporting quality and timeliness.

Before joining Coldstream, Lauren held the position of Assistant Corporate Controller at Intellectual Ventures (IV), an invention capital company with $6 billion in committed capital and was responsible for overseeing financial, treasury, and accounting operations of their private equity funds covering Singapore, Korea, Japan, India, China, Australia, and Ireland. Prior to IV, she worked for Deloitte, one of the Big Four Accounting firms.

Lauren earned her Master of Professional Accounting from Seattle University and her Master of Business Administration (Honors) from Seattle Pacific University. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington and a member of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Currently, Lauren serves as a committee member at the Pro-Equity Anti-Racism (PEAR) Advisory Team at the Washington State Board of Accountancy.
