Klansi Hess

As a Senior Client Service Associate, Klansi aids clients with time sensitive tasks and processes client-directed requests. Klansi makes up part of the client service team and works closely with Wealth Management Associates and Wealth Managers on client relationships. Her primary goal is to ensure the administrative aspects of a client’s comprehensive wealth plan are taken care of. Klansi is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to enhancing our clients’ lives by providing worry-free solutions to some of their daily stressors.

Klansi began her financial services career in 2015 in the San Francisco Bay Area. Before joining Coldstream, she was a Senior Client Service Associate at Cable Hill Partners. In 2025, Cable Hill Partners merged with Coldstream thanks to the firms’ shared service culture and professional compatibility. Klansi enjoys utilizing her background in business administration and broad range of experience in Retail Banking and Wealth Management to assist clients with a variety of administrative and account service needs.

Outside of work, Klansi volunteers with the Salvation Army’s health and fitness department and is passionate about educating the community on how to better live a healthy lifestyle. In her free time, she loves to travel often, try new restaurants, and spend time with her family and friends.
