Karla Renne

As a Client Service Associate on the Centralized Client Services team, Karla creates and maintains streamlined client experiences. She works closely with new Client Service Associates on Wealth Management teams and provides training on Coldstream’s client experience standards. Karla serves as an expert resource for our internal systems, processes and procedures, and interfacing with our external custodians. Our Client Service Associates serve as our clients’ advocates, dedicated to relieving their daily stressors. Karla understands the important role Client Service Associates play in our client relationships and the level of detail needed to deliver an amazing experience.

Prior to joining Coldstream, Karla worked for Marriott Hotels for 28 years and delivered superior customer service. Karla’s passion for customer service is undeniable! We appreciate having her on the team with a “can-do” attitude and always stepping up to assist where help is needed.
