Heather Redman

Heather Redman is Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Flying Fish Ventures, a venture firm investing in artificial intelligence and machine learning companies.

Prior to her current role, Heather was VP at Indix Corporation, SVP at Summit Power Group, Executive and Senior Vice President at each of Atom Entertainment, Getty Images and PhotoDisc and General Counsel of Getty Images.

She serves on the boards of PPL Corporation (NYSE PPL), the Washington State Investment Board, the Institute for Systems Biology, the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco Seattle Branch, and the Advisors of the University of Washington College of Engineering, among other boards.

Awards include the 2020–2026 Power 100, Director of the Year by the Puget Sound Business Journal, and the 2026 Business Insider Seed 40: Best Women Early-Stage Investors of the Year.

She holds a JD (with distinction) from Stanford and her BA from Reed (Phi Beta Kappa).
