Emily Richardson
Client Service Specialist
(Pronouns: she/her/hers)
As a Client Service Specialist, Emily creates and maintains streamlined client experiences. She works closely with new Client Service Associates and provides training on Coldstream’s client experience standards. Emily serves as an expert resource for our internal systems, processes and procedures, and interfacing with our external custodians. Our Client Service Associates serve as our clients’ advocates and are dedicated to relieving their daily stressors. Emily understands the important role Client Service Associates play in our client relationships and the level of detail needed to deliver an amazing experience.
Prior to joining Coldstream, Emily worked as an Insurance Planning Associate and Front Office Coordinator at Rosenbaum Financial. Her previous work experience was in the real estate and hospitality industries, and she attended the College of Southern Idaho. She is licensed in insurance sales and is familiar with life, disability, and long-term care insurance.

HOBBIES
While it’s warm out, I enjoy exploring Oregon and spending time outdoors hiking and paddle boarding with my dog. I also love to maintain my large houseplant collection and attend live shows!
