Bryce Fitzwilson

Client Service Specialist

(Pronouns: he/him/his)

As a Client Service Specialist, Bryce creates and maintains streamlined client experiences. He works closely with new Client Service Associates and provides training on Coldstream’s client experience standards. Bryce serves as a resource for our internal systems, processes and procedures, and interfacing with our external custodians. Our Client Service Associates serve as our clients’ advocates and are dedicated to relieving their daily stressors; Bryce understands the important role Client Service Associates play in our client relationships and the level of detail needed to deliver an amazing experience.

Bryce brings a diverse background in research and software consulting to his role as Client Service Specialist. He has led and been involved in projects ranging from studying how humans learn to streamlining biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Across all experiences, Bryce has thrived in team settings, leveraging his communication and problem-solving skills to transform complex ideas into actionable results. Bryce graduated from Pitzer College with a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience.

ONE PIECE OF ADVICE

Don’t let go of that idea you had on the drive home or tell yourself that you’ll just remember where you left off today working on a project: write it down. Give yourself the extra effort you’re worth. Letting go of these moments is rejecting an opportunity to act with agency and dedication to your work, your mind, and your influence.

HOBBIES

Hiking / backpacking, classical piano, weightlifting, skiing, football, casual photography, and writing mid poetry in my notes app.
