Debbie Kincaid, SPHR

As an HR Business Partner & Office Manager in our SW Portland office, Debbie brings a passion for culture and communication to her role. She provides crucial administrative and human resources leadership to our growing team. Debbie works closely with the Regional Human Resources Manager on various initiatives to support a highly collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. She is a key to the orientation and onboarding of new team members, provides benefit education and enrollment assistance, and focuses on enhancing the team member experience. As Office Manager, Debbie ensures the office runs smoothly and effectively and reconciles firm invoices.

Debbie brings more than 20 years of human resources experience from firms of all sizes and industries to the Coldstream team. She joined Cable Hill Partners in 2019, which merged into Coldstream in 2025. Debbie earned her bachelor’s in general management & human resources management from Portland State University and has earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources^® (SPHR^®) Certification. She proactively resolves problems and improves workflow, so that Coldstream may provide a positive client experience.

Debbie is a native Oregonian with a large extended family and group of close friends with whom she spends much of her time. She enjoys traveling, entertaining, audiobooks, and Oregon Ducks Football.
