Toni Mercer

As a Senior Operations Associate, Toni manages and serves as a subject matter expert on our alternative investment reporting process. She sets up new clients and accounts, and fields questions regarding reporting and CRM systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues. Toni recommends and implements best practices regarding systems and processes, working closely with our Client Service team, so that Coldstream may provide an amazing client experience.

Toni has been growing her career in Wealth Management for over a decade. After graduating from Bournemouth University in England, Toni began paraplanning at MASECO Private Wealth in London, then became an Adviser at Lorica Partners in Australia before working on a self-employed Systems Consulting project in Wealth Management. Toni holds various financial planning certifications from Australia and the UK and most recently a certificate in FinTech from UW.

HOBBIES

Being outdoors with family and friends – hiking, kid-friendly backpacking, road-tripping, travelling, learning to ski! Coffee is an important part of the day in our house, and we love exploring new places to eat. I can often be found trying out a new craft (not always successfully!) and always appreciate a good book recommendation.
