Shelly Kapoor

As Manager of Business Integration, Shelly leads our merger partner integration process, coordinating between internal teams and partners to ensure seamless transitions while managing operations projects that enhance the client experience. She combines expertise in systems and processes with a powerful ability to build relationships and connect with people. With her skills in organization, collaboration, and integration, she can guide seemingly disparate projects and departments into a cohesive and effectively functioning whole.

Shelly came to Coldstream in 2024 with experience in the finance industry spanning more than 20 years in the areas of consulting, human resources, operations, and entrepreneurship. Most recently, she served as Arnerich Massena’s Chief Operating Officer, guiding the firm’s day-to-day operations, facilitating cross-departmental coordination, and acting as the bridge connecting leadership, employees, and processes. Highlights of her prior career include managing investment operations for Ziff Brothers Investments, a private family investment firm in New York City, and serving the Rockefeller Foundation.

Shelly earned a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in psychology from Tufts University. She has also received training from Columbia University’s Executive Coaching, Institute for Personal Leadership, McChrystal Group, and Corporate Coaching International. She sits on the board of the Portland Institute of Contemporary Art (PICA).
