Sabrina Cross

Born and raised in Spokane, Washington and a proud WSU Cougar, Sabrina Cross has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Coldstream Risk Management. A compassionate perfectionist, Sabrina combines her analytical skills with her warm personality to become both a client guru and data powerhouse. Sabrina manages all aspects of operations, from client engagement and on-boarding to policy changes and billing. She enjoys thoroughly digging into client projects to find unexpected surprises and loves being able to serve as the client’s main point of contact to give them a unique insurance experience that exceeds their expectations.

HOBBIES

When not taking phone calls and crunching numbers in the office, Sabrina spends time with her two awesome kids Daven and Josie and her Goldendoodles, Bodie and Quinn. A family of Seahawks fans, they play a variety of sports and laugh together whenever they can. Sabrina’s passions include playing volleyball, traveling, and boating along Idaho’s majestic Lake Coeur d’Alene.
