THE MOST TREASURED THING I OWN

Vintage Coats, costume jewelry and silver service from my Grandmothers – I love anything vintage!

ONE PIECE OF ADVICE

A very talented colleague I worked with recently had her second baby and decided not to return from maternity leave. I felt so honored to be her manager and live the values of our firm by recognizing and supporting her as a working parent. If things change; my door is always open. That’s how we can support keeping women in this industry and closing the gender gap. Flexibility is key.

HOBBIES

Gardening, sharing great food and wine with treasured friends and family, early morning workouts with my tribe, pickleball with my kids and husband in our backyard on the weekends.
