As Senior Operations Associate, Peg develops and implements best practices regarding systems and processes, working closely with the Client Service team to provide exceptional client experiences. She brings together a systemic perspective with a human outlook, building solutions that make use of human strengths while overcoming human error to deliver information that truly serves the people it is meant for.

Peg came to Coldstream in 2024 when Arnerich Massena combined with Coldstream. With over 25 years of tenure as a Senior Performance Measurement Analyst and Team Lead, she helped to craft Arnerich Massena’s performance measurement process to reflect the highest standards of relevance, clarity, and accuracy.
