Olivia Johnson

As a Team Member Experience Specialist, Olivia manages all internal communications for the firm. She sets up and facilitates multiple monthly meetings – creating slides, hosting the meetings, and sharing content with the team afterwards. In addition to the meetings, she also manages our internal newsletters. Olivia also assists our Human Resource department with recruiting. She creates job announcements, screens candidate resumes, and contributes to various recruiting projects throughout the year. Olivia has a keen eye for detail and organization, and her energetic spirit is unmatched.

Olivia graduated from Brigham Young University, Provo, with a bachelor’s degree in linguistics. During college, she worked as a writer for BYU Performance Arts Management authoring the bi-annual publication “Encore” and working as the wedding venue manager for Legacy Hill Farm in Minnesota. After graduation, Olivia moved to Seattle, landed at Coldstream, and couldn’t be happier!

MOST TREASURED THING I OWN

I have a ton of vintage Muppet tee-shirts from the 80’s that were given to me by my grandma (single-stitch–if you know, you know). I have the whole Muppet gang together, Kermit as Forrest Gump, and Kermit looking at Miss Piggy through a pair of binoculars.

HOBBIES

I’m a very hobby-oriented person! I love photography, sewing, reading, going on daily walks, and spending as much time as possible with my family.
