Manny Batalla, CIPM, IACCP®

As a Compliance Officer, Manny focuses on upholding firm standards in ethics and regulatory compliance, in alignment with the firm’s business strategy and operations. He supports the firm’s regulatory compliance program with a focus on regulatory integrity, operational efficiency and practical risk management. Manny is excited to continue his financial career at Coldstream and work to enhance the lives of the clients we serve.

Prior to joining Coldstream, Manny served as a Compliance Officer at Zevenbergen Capital Investments, where he managed core compliance functions and supported firm-wide initiatives spanning regulatory filings, investment company compliance, GIPS® oversight, and internal process improvements. Earlier in his career, Manny spent five years at ACA Group as a Principal Consultant, advising domestic and international asset managers on GIPS compliance, performance reporting, and regulatory best practices across a wide range of investment strategies. Manny began his career at Fisher Investments, supporting portfolio onboarding and complex asset transitions for private wealth clients. He is also a veteran of the United States Army, where he served as an intelligence analyst.

Manny graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus in Finance. Manny holds his Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) and his Investment Advisor Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®) designation.
