Joe Telafici

As a Salesforce Solutions Engineer, Joe manages our Salesforce Client Relationship Management system and ensures it effectively supports the evolving needs of our wealth management teams. He collaborates with client service leaders to develop a shared vision for the platform, aligning long-term strategy with day-to-day functionality. Joe is known for translating user feedback—pain points, wish lists, and ideas—into actionable features, enhancements, and training. His ability to build strong relationships across the company helps him proactively improve workflows and streamline processes, ultimately enhancing the client experience.

Originally from New Jersey, Joe studied biology at Drew University and began his career in environmental remediation, cleaning up hazardous waste sites. His interests later led him to Oregon to study climate change, where a serendipitous career change to software development and computer security opened new doors. Over the years, he has worked with companies such as McAfee, Tripwire, and Symantec, analyzing large-scale data, developing software, and helping to combat cybercrime.

Before joining Coldstream in 2025 – following its merger with Cable Hill Partners – Joe served as a systems administrator, Salesforce administrator, and senior business analyst, building a reputation for technical insight and collaborative problem-solving. Joe holds Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator designations.

Joe and his wife, Vicky, live near Mt. Tabor. He has been a full-time pedestrian since 2015 and can often be seen biking, golfing, and enjoying Portland’s vibrant food and beer scene.
