Jesse Martorano, JD

As a Compliance Associate, Jesse focuses on upholding firm standards in ethics and regulatory compliance, in alignment with the firm’s business strategy and operations. Jesse’s ability to multi-task along with his organizational skills make him a perfect fit for his role and overall, at Coldstream.

Jesse holds his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University College of Law. He graduated from Washington State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and pre-law. Prior to joining Coldstream, Jesse provided oversight during arbitration proceedings as a Hearing Specialist at FINRA. Jesse also worked as a Compliance Analyst at Bittrex where he maintained customer account information and investments by performing account investigations to ensure proper rules and federal regulations were being followed.

MOST TREASURED THING I OWN

Personally signed and game used memorabilia by NHL hall of famers Eric Lindros and Bobby Orr. As a kid, they were both players that I idolized and wanted to model my game after when I played. After a very successful 16-year playing career, I still look back at these and am reminded of all that I accomplished and the fond memories that I made throughout.

HOBBIES

I am a big sports fan, mainly hockey and football. While I primarily root for my home state teams back in Philadelphia, Seattle sports naturally come in at a close second. My wife and I make it a goal to attend at least a couple of Kraken games per season.

I also really enjoy cooking as it allows me to unwind and explore different flavors, while also honing my culinary skills. Being able to provide delicious food for my wife and son (and our dog Nugget, when nobody is looking) is always an extremely satisfying feeling.
