Erin Rottler

As a Client Service Associate, Erin works side-by-side with Wealth Management Associates and Wealth Managers to process client requests. Our clients’ lives can be hectic and stressful; by executing the daily inflow of time sensitive tasks, Erin is able to provide our clients with worry-free solutions to some of their daily stressors.

Erin attended Vancouver Island University in British Columbia (BC), Canada, and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Prior to joining Coldstream, Erin spent a year working for a small firm in Victoria, BC as an Administrative Assistant, where she learned to wear many hats. She spent almost four years with Heritage Wealth Advisors as a Client Service Representative, working with three separate advisors and their clients. Erin looks forward to continuing her financial career at Coldstream and working closely with the clients we serve.

It’s okay to not know all the answers. Clients are appreciative if you’re open about not knowing but letting them know you’ll get them the answers in a timely manner.
