As an Operations Associate, Dylan specializes in alternative investments, managing operational processes, reporting, and data analysis to ensure accuracy and efficiency across client accounts. He serves as a subject matter expert on alternative investment reporting, setting up new clients and accounts, troubleshooting issues, and fielding questions about reporting and CRM systems. Dylan leverages tools like Python to streamline private investment reporting, ensuring clients have the most accurate, up-to-date data possible. He collaborates closely with the Client Service team, recommending and implementing best practices that enhance systems, processes, and ultimately, the client experience.

Prior to joining Coldstream, Dylan built his operations experience as a Technology Risk Consulting Associate at RSM US LLP, focusing on process optimization, risk management, and Salesforce implementations. He also worked as a Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Intern at Dairy.com by Ever.Ag, where he developed dashboards and reports that streamlined workflows and improved efficiency. Dylan holds his Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems and Analytics from Loyola University Chicago.
