As an Account Manager, Cynthia is responsible for client risk management portfolios, risk review, and recommendations. She has extensive knowledge in flood insurance, family office, and excess casualty. Cynthia is also a Chubb Insurance certified account executive and prides herself on craftsmanship and exceptional client service.

With 15 years of client-facing customer service experience and over 11 years in the insurance industry, Cynthia greatly enjoys the opportunity to advocate for clients every day.

My Dachshund/Chihuahua mix rescues, Gus and Slinky Bob. They bring my husband and me so much joy, and certainly keep us on our toes.

When she’s not in the office, Cynthia enjoys traveling, quality time with close friends, and cheering on the Seahawks.
