Bill Vipond

Bill Vipond is an independent contractor with Coldstream as a Business Development Officer. Currently Bill is the founder and President of the Vipond Group, a company located in the Pacific Northwest that specializes in the development, marketing, sale, leasing, and acquisition of commercial real estate. Bill has been active in the commercial real estate arena for the past 30 years as a broker, developer, and real estate investment manager. He also was a former attorney licensed to practice law in the State of California.

One of Bill’s current projects is assembling the real estate to build an arena and surrounding amenities to bring an NBA and NHL franchise to the City of Seattle. Bill received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Denver in 1982. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1986.
