Benji Spector

As a Senior Client Service Associate, Benji aids clients with time sensitive tasks and processes client-directed requests. Benji makes up part of the client service team and works closely with Wealth Management Associates and Wealth Managers on client relationships. His primary goal is to ensure the administrative aspects of a client’s comprehensive wealth plan are taken care of. Benji is detail oriented, organized, and committed to enhancing our clients’ lives by providing worry free solutions to some of their daily stressors. As a Portfolio Administrator, Benji works closely with Portfolio Managers to develop and process portfolio trades. Benji is part of our dedicated, in-house Investment Strategy Group (ISG) which is responsible for setting firm-wide investment standards. Benji brings an analytical bent and relentless curiosity to Coldstream.

Benji attended the University of Oregon where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining Coldstream, Benji worked as a Hebrew School Assistant at his synagogue, then as a camp counselor at a Jewish summer camp. Moving into the finance world, he was a marketing intern at Crowdsense.ai, a trading information software company, and then worked as an intern at Coldstream before becoming full-time. Benji looks forward to continuing his finance career in the wealth management space.

Be nice and try to make a connection with everyone you meet! You never know what you have in common with someone; new friends and acquaintances can come from anywhere! The best kind of learning I have experienced is through person-to-person relationships and everyone has something to teach you!

HOBBIES

I love playing, coaching, and watching sports, especially basketball. I also go to see live music and music/arts festivals, camping, hiking, swimming, exercising, cooking and eating, traveling, participating in the Jewish community, and I always love to spend time with friends and family.
