Arthur Coyne, CFA®

Thomas (Arthur) Coyne, Coldstream ISG Analyst, applies intellect and diligence to developing strategic and tactical investment strategies based on in-depth research and analysis of capital markets.

Arthur joined Coldstream in 2024; his investment industry experience spans more than 30 years, most recently as Senior Research Analyst for more than 15 years at Arnerich Massena, leading the firm’s development of capital market assumptions, directing quarterly market analysis, and conducting strategic and tactical asset allocation research. Prior work includes serving as Manager of Consulting Services for the British Columbia Investment Management Corporation and as Chief Investment Officer at Northwest Capital Management.

He holds a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in computer engineering from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. Arthur Coyne has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

ONE PIECE OF ADVICE

Live in the present and enjoy the moment because that’s all we really have. It’s impossible to “have it all” ― so ask yourself, are you happy with the way things are? If not, then by all means, try something different! Because there are two paths you can go by, but in the long run there’s still time to change the road you’re on.

HOBBIES

I like to build models that predict future investment returns, and I’m fascinated by world events and constructive political dialogue. I enjoy growing flowers and vegetables, building music playlists, and quoting song lyrics as though they’re my own.
