Alissa Wright

As a Salesforce Solutions Engineer, Alissa manages our Salesforce CRM (Client Relationship Management) and identifies ways to leverage and improve it to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our wealth management teams and enhance the client experience they deliver. She partners with our client service team to develop a shared vision for the Salesforce platform and a roadmap to get there, cultivating strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the company, and translates user pain points and wish lists into tangible features, enhancements, and training that address their needs. Alissa proactively resolves problems and improves workflow, so that Coldstream may provide an amazing client experience. Alissa holds her FINRA Series 65 license.

1918 University of Washington War Edition Yearbook. To see the lives of young people interrupted by the First World War and to see the values of sacrifice and community displayed on each page is inspiring and can provide a great perspective.
