As a Client Service Associate with Coldstream Risk Management, Alanna consistently delivers outstanding customer service. She provides property and casualty insurance information to new clients and helps service current clients to process their claims. Alanna is often entering policies, issuing evidence of insurance and auto ID cards, and collaborating with clients on billing. Alanna says the best part about her job is working with clients to find insurance solutions that fit their life and protect what they’ve worked hard to achieve.

Alanna graduated from Washington State University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing while also double minoring in Fine Art and Psychology. Prior to joining Coldstream, Alanna was a Social Media Manager at Wyatt’s Jewelers and Sales Associate at Click! Design That Fits.
