As a Client Team Operations Manager, C.J. oversees the client experience in our SW Portland office and works with the team to implement new processes and procedures. He also works with our clients to make sure their well-thought-out financial plans are memorialized and achievable. C.J. creates meaningful relationships with our clients to ensure customized financial plans reflect your aspirations for the future. C.J. is passionate about building lasting, genuine relationships with his clients, while striving to be a strong mentor for his peers.

In 2020, he joined Cable Hill Partners to further his goal of providing exceptional experiences for those he works with. In 2025, Cable Hill Partners merged with Coldstream thanks to the firms’ shared service culture and professional compatibility.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the University of Florida and holds his FINRA Series 65 license. His interest in continuous learning has made C.J. a perfect fit within our Coldstream team.
