Allison Bregoli, PHR

As a Regional Human Resources Manager, Allison partners with the Director of Human Resources to lead and support HR operations in Coldstream’s Oregon offices. With a deep belief that thriving people build thriving businesses, Allison brings a holistic and strategic approach to People & Culture. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in designing workplace cultures where well-being, engagement, and performance go hand-in-hand.

At the core of Allison’s philosophy is the understanding that a healthy culture isn’t just good for employees, it’s a catalyst for innovation, collaboration, and sustainable business success. She partners closely with leadership teams to align people strategies with firm initiatives, creating environments where teams are empowered, values are lived, and everyone has the opportunity to grow and thrive.

Allison earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Rhode Island and holds her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. She joined Cable Hill Partners in 2023, and in 2025, Cable Hill Partners merged with Coldstream thanks to the firms’ shared service culture and professional compatibility.

HOBBIES

A lover of family and all things athletic, Allison can be found supporting her two children in their sports endeavors, rooting for Boston sports teams, or enjoying hikes and runs with her husband of 20 years. She often relaxes by gathering with friends and enjoying a good IPA.
