Tom serves as the Technical Lead of Investment Banking at Coldstream Capital Partners, where he oversees all analytical operations and plays a pivotal role in shaping deal strategy, financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence across a diverse portfolio of complex transactions. His leadership ensures data-driven decision-making that is integral to the success of each engagement. 

Since joining Coldstream Capital Partners in 1992, Tom has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s analytical capabilities, leveraging a rare combination of technical expertise, strategic insight, and innovation. Over the course of his tenure, he has guided transactions across a broad spectrum of industries—including manufacturing, technology, professional services, consulting, distribution, and business services—consistently delivering impactful outcomes for clients. 

Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Washington. A native of the Pacific Northwest, he is also a passionate photographer who enjoys exploring the region’s natural beauty. Outside of work, Tom can be found spending quality time with his wife and two children, staying engaged in their various activities and making the most of family life.
