Patrick Corcorran

Patrick serves on the leadership team of Coldstream Capital Partners, the investment banking arm of Coldstream Holdings. As a Managing Director, he specializes in M&A advisory, capital raising, business valuations, and strategic reviews for privately held U.S. and international companies. Over his career, he has advised on strategic acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, distressed transactions, and liquidity events across industries including manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, consulting, food & beverage, technology, and business services. Patrick has also been a contributing author and guest speaker on various M&A topics. 

Before Coldstream Capital Partners, Patrick built and led the investment banking division at Rainier Group, a Seattle based business consulting firm, driving its expansion into a nationally recognized M&A advisory practice. Under his leadership, the group established a proven track record of success, helping business owners navigate complex transactions and maximize value. The strength of this platform and its impact on clients ultimately led Coldstream Holdings to select Rainier Group’s investment banking division as its dedicated investment banking arm in 2025, rebranding it as Coldstream Capital Partners. Today, Patrick continues to play a key role in expanding the firm’s advisory capabilities and delivering exceptional outcomes for business owners. 

Patrick began his career in finance at Morgan Stanley, where he was part of a group catering exclusively to middle-market companies. His primary focus was facilitating sell-side transactions and helping business owners with pre-liquidity planning, deal execution, and post-deal wealth management. While at Morgan Stanley, Patrick was named to the firm’s Pace Setter’s Club, a global recognition for advisors who demonstrate the highest professional standards and first-class client service. 

Patrick holds a BA with honors in Organizational Management from Ashford University of Iowa, graduating cum laude, and an ATA in Business Management from Edmonds College. He has also obtained specialization certificates in financial planning, business supervision, and management fundamentals, as well as Series 7 and 66 licenses from FINRA. 

Patrick has lived in various parts of the country but has always called the Pacific Northwest home. Born in British Columbia, Canada, he has spent most of his life in Washington and Oregon. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, playing hockey, taking last-minute getaways, and visiting the cabin he built on the Skykomish River, still in pursuit of catching a fish one day.
