As a Centralized Client Service Manager, Malinda trains new Client Service Associates on Coldstream’s client experience standards. Malinda serves as their expert resource for our internal systems, processes, and procedures, and interfacing with our external custodians. Our Client Service Associates serve as our clients’ advocates, dedicated to relieving their daily stressors. Malinda understands the important role Client Service Associates play in our client relationships and the level of detail needed to maintain and deepen those relationships.
Malinda graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Malinda brings 10+ years of industry experience in the comprehensive wealth management space. She has worked at a broker dealer, large insurance firm, and other registered investment advisors. Throughout her extensive work experience, Malinda has found a passion for teaching and training others. She is excited to create the foundation for new employees to enhance our clients’ lives.

ONE PIECE OF ADVICE
Have integrity in your work. We are all humans who make mistakes but as employees in an industry where we handle others’ hard-earned money, it’s important to own those mistakes. I often tell new associates, “When you make a mistake take accountability, address the issue quickly, and ask others for help in avoiding future mistakes.”
I would easily say spending time with the family outdoors. We love everything to do with nature, so outdoor activities are always on the list. My family is also one that lives to eat, not eat to live. Our destination trips and spare time often revolve around trying out new dishes. Some of my other hobbies includes arts and crafts, playing sports, cooking, and baking.
