Duane Duim, CFP®

As a Wealth Manager, Duane is responsible for helping clients identify and achieve their financial goals over time through an approachable and understandable comprehensive wealth management plan. He coordinates with the clients’ other trusted advisors (CPA, attorney, insurance agents) to make sure families are covered across the board, and have confidence in their overall financial life. 

Prior to Coldstream, Duane joined Paracle Advisors in 2011 because the values and vision of the firm were an ideal match: putting client’s needs first, always striving to be better, always thinking ahead to the future, and knowing that creating a fun, vibrant culture is important. He also believes it’s critical to thoroughly understand a family’s values and goals before you can provide any planning or investment advice. To this day that vision remains and aligns with our primary focus to put the client first. 

Duane believes that serving others is part of his life’s calling and finds great satisfaction when he can see a positive impact from helping his clients. Not every profession allows you to directly impact the lives of others in a positive way and he’s fortunate that’s what he is able to do every day. 

Integrity and trust are core values that resonate with Duane. “Our entire business is built upon a family entrusting us to help steward their financial lives and invest their money wisely. That’s a really big responsibility. If we don’t approach everything we do with honesty and integrity, we might as well all go home.”
