Being a member of the Disability Advisory Services team at Coldstream, Marci continues her work that has been anchored in the disability community for over 25 years. In her role as Partnership Manager, she builds professional and community partnerships, problem solves complex disability-related challenges, and brings together the fragmentation of services offered in our community to Coldstream clients. She is someone who does not shy away from a challenge and is passionate about the impact she can deliver in people’s lives.

Graduating from the University of Puget Sound, Marci earned her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy (OT) and later returned to school at Western Governors University to earn her MBA. Her previous work experience includes Managing Director of housing and education, Associate Dean at Bellevue College, Occupational Therapist, and Special Educator. She has worked with hundreds of individuals with disabilities and their families to create unique opportunities in employment, education, business, and non-profit organizations. With a strong sense of curiosity, she has led in the development of thoughtful, innovative solutions to create new sustainable options.
