As an Associate Wealth Planner and Senior Private Client Services Associate, Katie works closely with clients to create financial plans that align with their long-term financial goals. Using financial tools, she analyzes various scenarios and presents recommendations to guide our clients in making well-informed decisions. She continuously checks to make sure our clients’ portfolios are on-target to achieve their goals and monitors the plan’s success over time.
It is no surprise that Katie’s favorite aspects of her role are building strong client relationships and working with a team who shares a similar passion. Katie believes it’s the transparency and trust we build with our clients that result in the effectiveness of the services we provide. “Knowing exactly what keeps our clients up at night or just being a friend to vent to about their anxieties is sometimes the best way to help.”
Katie holds her Series 65 Uniform Investment Advisor license and is earning her Personal Financial Planning Certificate through the CFP Education Program. She also has a bachelor’s degree from State University of New York at Oswego (SUNY Oswego) in Business Administration and a minor in Economics.
She is passionate about working at a firm that gives back to the community, has women in leadership positions, and opportunity to grow.
A framed sketch of my grandmother’s house. I was unable to see her or the house one last time after I moved to Seattle, and it reminds me of all the memories my family had there.
Understand your spending. It’s so easy to lose track of expenses and knowing how much you can save will help you and your retirement plan.
I love travelling, hiking, camping, and exploring around Washington on the weekends. I’m also learning how to cook and in the winter like to snowboard.
