As a Relationship Manager, David is responsible for maintaining a proactive, ongoing relationship with the families we service. He enjoys working closely with clients to turn complex financial advice into easy-to-understand guidance, which can be rare in the financial services industry today.
David joined the firm in search of an organization specializing in long-term wealth management through the integration of financial planning and investment advice. When asked what the favorite aspect of his job is, David said “The best part of delivering financial advice to our families is receiving the sincere, “thank you for all your work” after each meeting. The best feeling in the world is helping people reach their goals. They’ve worked too hard their entire lives to not benefit from their efforts!”
David values being part of a team with a collaborative approach in which each person is a resident expert in some field. The benefit is having someone internally who can assist when a client asks a tricky question, and we can say, “We have someone here that knows the answer… let us get back to you.”
Our house. This is a reminder that two of the most important people in my life (my wife and son) live under the roof with me.
Do what is right, not what is easy. This can be challenging and uncomfortable at times, especially when the majority is against you. This is the true test of moral character.
Wine – My father and I planted wine grapes in the mid-2000s, and it has grown to a full-scale vineyard/winery production, which I’m very proud of. Golf – I love this sport as it’s a great way to connect with people whether that be old friends or a new face. It also provides a distinct mental and physical challenge, which makes each round fun! Finally, traveling and visiting friends with my wife Liz; local or across the world she’s my life-long travel partner.
