Coldstream Dividend Growth Fund (“the Fund”) seeks dividend income from common stocks.  The Fund invests primarily in domestic large capitalization companies demonstrating strong growth potential and attractive dividend and yield opportunities.

Management of the Fund

Investment Advisor

Coldstream Capital Management, Inc. is the Fund’s investment advisor and is located at One – 100th Avenue NE, Suite 102, Bellevue, Washington 98004. Coldstream is a registered investment advisory firm founded in 1996 providing comprehensive wealth management services to:

Coldstream is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Fund in accordance with the Fund’s investment objective and policies. Coldstream also furnishes the Fund with office space and certain administrative services and provides most of the personnel needed to fulfill its obligations under its advisory agreement. For its services, the Fund pays the Advisor a monthly management fee that is calculated at the annual rate of 0.85% of the Fund’s average daily net assets.

The Fund, as a series of the Trust, does not hold itself out as related to any other series of the Trust for purposes of investment and investor services, nor does it share the same investment advisor with any other series.

Portfolio Manager

Robert D. Frazier, Principal and Managing Director, Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Frazier joined the Advisor in 2003 as a Wealth Advisor/Portfolio Manager. He has been managing assets at the Advisor in the Dividend Growth style since 2006. Mr. Frazier has 42 years experience in the financial services industry and has been managing portfolios for the past 28 years. Mr. Frazier received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and is a graduate and long-time member of the faculty of the Pacific Coast Banking School.

The SAI provides additional information about the portfolio manager’s compensation, other accounts managed by the portfolio manager and his ownership of securities in the Fund.

Mutual Fund investing involves risk, loss of principal is possible. Losing all or a portion of your investment is a risk of investing in the Fund. The Fund invests in foreign securities which involve greater volatility and political, economic, and currency risks and differences in accounting methods. Investments in securities (units) of MLPs involve risks that differ from an investment in common stock. Holders of the units of MLPs have more limited control and limited rights to vote on matters affecting the partnership. There are also certain tax risks associated with an investment in units of MLPs.
